World Massage

Yesterday 12/2/24 I called to schedule an appointment for a 3 hour couples massage, they were able to take us. When we got there the woman was very polite. The massage started at about 428 pm. In the first hour it was enjoyable. After the first hour it started to get very uncomfortable like it was a chore for the masseuse. I had to keep deep breathing because the massage was hard, sore and not pleasant anymore. I asked for medium pressure. Now the massage was progressively getting worst. Towards the end of the 3 hours the woman yelled "sit up, UP" mind you she could barely speak english she told me I give you 5 mins free! So after sitting up I glanced at the clock it was 723 which the massage didn't start until 430 wich would make that supposedly 5 mins free within my 3 hour period including putting on our clothes. We walked out of the room dressed at 730. We both had to use the restroom so I waited for my husband and the woman was rushing me to pay. We then went to the front to pay, we paid. We both discussed and we didn't enjoy our massage so I only gave a $20 tip because we weren't happy with the services we received. I was actually REALLY UPSET! Although I didn't act like it. I paid ALOT of money and she looks at the money and in an angry manner says "ONLY $20 TIP" I felt soo intimidated and out numbered as there were 3 of them and 2 of us, I just wanted to get out of there. I unwillingly gave her another $20. Who does that?? That was by far THE WORST MASSAGE we EVER had. We usually get 3hr massages because we both have back issues. We are looking for a place that we can go to on a regular basis and we will not be returning here. I usually tip VERY WELL when deserved. A tip is earned not asked for!!!

We left there feeling worst then we felt when we got there. Today we both woke up in terrible pain. If there was an option for no stars I would give no stars but because you have to put at least 1 star my rating is forced to be 1 star! I will also be calling the shop today!

Lulu was amazing! Always checking to see if the pressure was good enough. A lot of my tension has gone away! Friendly staff, short wait, professional at their job. I refer this establishment to all my friends and family.

Min is a master of this healing art. She is one of the best and knows her abilities well. She is great at what she does and I would definitely recommend anyone to go see her for treatment 🙏💯💕

On May 20 2024, I stop by at world massage to get a foot massage after playing golf, but I ended up getting a 90 minutes massage, so I had a massage with Lulu, she’s is good, the massage was great, feeling so relaxed after my massage, great job lulu 🙏🤙

Went here 4-5 times. And every experience had, has been very good. I always felt relaxed and untightened after my session. So far I had Lucy, & Mary. They were both very awesome. They had their own style of techniques. Anyone looking for a really great massage, I recommend this place. If I could, I would give this place 10 stars. Next time I want to do cupping after my massage. Thanks Mary & Lucy for taking care of my needs!!!!

Mary is the best

Just got a full body massage (from head to toe) and it was so good. This girl Lulu was a true professional at this. I left there so relaxed. This is the place to come to for a great massage. I would definitely recommend Lulu, she will not disappoint.

Borh my shoulders and legs were pain after 3 days of golfing and pickleball.
This past Sunday had Lee for massage and I felt SO...SO good after the massage session with him. My shoulders and legs's pain were gone. I like strong Chinese massage with the right pressure and he's the one I'd ever found so far in Hawaii. Good job Lee!!!

It's been a week since my first visit here at World Massage and I have to admit that again they have over done themselves with the work they do! In fact, I was so amaze with the first session was so great I really didn't take notice of how well I was progressing with my recovery from an injury I had prior to my first visit. Again, they had OUT- DID themselves like I mentioned earlier. I had another 90 min. session and it really help relived the stress and pain which I no longer have since I walked out of the massage studio. I have mentioned this to a few friends and family member's, and I would recommend ANYONE who wants to experience a great massage to try World Massage Net, you won't be disappointed. I will definitely make another return visit again. Thank You World Massage and especially to the sweet lady who worked on me twice-MIN.

I just did a Deep Tissue massage session at World Massage today, (90) min. session and I believe that it was one on the best massage here on Oahu. The person that greeted me at the door was very professional in explaining the treatment and how it would help me. I had an injury for about a couple of weeks and am doing doctor treatment for it. I had "strained" a muscle in my hip and groin area and as recommended by my physician was taken pain killers and a lot of rest. A friend had recommended "maybe" physical therapy or massage might also help the healing process quicker? So, I went to West Massage since it was close to my doctors office after my doctors appointment. The person who explained the treatment to me was very professional and explained to me that they have helped other people with similar issues in the past. They are NOT professional doctors, but, Min, that's the name of the person who treated me, took her time and explained to me very "professionally" every step of the treatment and answered any and all the questions as she was working on me. In fact I will be making another appointment for the very next visit. I HIGHLY recommend this place for anyone. And the price is very reasonable and affordable for the work they do! THANK YOU! World Massage and especially "Min".
